Natalie

Hey! I'm Natalie and I am the original founder of SAYA. I got into archery very suddenly. I was at Big 5 with my family when I saw a recurve bow, and I just felt drawn to it. Archery has been in my family but not for a long time; my great-aunt was Washington state champion a good while ago. Ever since I started I've been addicted. After a while I started going to the only archery facility in my county. I'm currently shooting barebow, and I will be competing in the California State Championships in January 2015. After the competition, I will be switching to Olympic style recurve, and I plan on continuing/pursuing my archery career after I graduate high school in 2016.

Megan
Hey guys! I'm Megan, I am the other author/owner for SAYA. I was introduced to archery like many people were, through The Hunger Games. I got a bow from Sports Authority for Christmas, and would practice in my back yard. Eventually I started going to an actually range (the one which Natalie also attends), using a recurve bow which I currently shoot. My goal at this moment is to move onto a compound bow and compete in the California State Championships and other competitions.

Trevor
I got into archery at my local club in the JOAD program when I was about 7 years old; i was looking for pass time but it turned into my passion. I shoot Olympic style recurve and I have since I started shooting. My goal this year is to take a medal in the national JOAD championship this year in Virginia.

Ty
(picture to come)

I was born in Chicago, and have moved around a lot. I currently live in Arkansas. I love to hunt, fish, camp, and riding my horse. I'm currently a freshman in highschool.

Jaxson

My name is Jaxsen Wells and I am the latest team member of SAYA. I am fourteen years of age and shoot a Hoyt Faktor 34. I have been shooting for 3 years and, in that short time, I have progressed greatly in this sport. I have had a great year with 2nd overall in Australia for my class. I have had a great year, breaking many of my personal records and achieving many of my personal goals. I am currently un-sponsored, although I hope to change that. Thank you guys for the support and I hope to help you in any way possible.
Cheers, Jaxsen.
