Recurve

Before you can actually start shooting, you must know the basics: parts of the bow, parts of the arrow, safety, and technique.

Before you can actually start shooting, you will need an arm guard on your bow arm to prevent bruises; and a finger tab.

Once you have these you can start shooting! But when you shoot, make sure you have proper form every time so you don't develop bad habits. Never shoot when you're tired, as that can also lead to bad habits. Watch this quick instructional video by Jake Kaminski to get started.

Notice: we do not own this video, and the bow used has a sight on it and I'm pretty sure it also has a stabilizer.
